These warranties extend the original part warranty. Protection will be applied to each unit in the quantity purchased.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with or need to return an item. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will accept the return provided it is unused, within its original box/package, is in like new condition and returned within 30 days of receipt.

Some Special ordered parts, Electrical parts and Performance parts are non-returnable. Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered and/or painted.

Any International return must have it's import duties and taxes pre-paid or else it will be rejected.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of receipt.

Restocking Fees and Other Charges

Nope, Not here! We do not charge any re-stocking fees.

Taxes, duties and brokerage fees

These fees are in addition to shipping costs paid on the order and will be due COD by the courier. When making international purchases or shipments, it's important to be aware that taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees and any other import-related fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the goods. These charges can vary depending on the destination country's regulations and may be assessed by customs authorities upon the arrival of the package. Canadian Shipments

UPS is our carrier of choice. Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes or brokerage fees which will be due at the time of delivery. This amount is in addition to the shipping charges paid on your order.

What is your Shipping Protection Program?

When selected at checkout our shipping protection program offers you a peace of mind guarantee against lost, stolen or damaged products within your order. Upon notification of any of the aforementioned circumstances our customer service team will work swiftly and diligently to provide you with a replacement item. Our program does not cover instances where the original shipping address was incorrectly entered or any address changes made after the order is placed.

Shipping Time

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order. Most in stock orders will arrive within 7-10 business days within the contiguous U.S. If we are out of stock of an item ordered we will order it from our distribution center warehouse which can add an additional 7-10 days to your delivery date. Parts that are on an excessive backorder of greater than 30 days will be noted on the product page itself. A product that is available for sale does not reflect our actual inventory as it's constantly changing.

When a package is in transit, shipping times DO NOT include weekends. All orders are shipped complete.

Do you offer international shipping?

Indeed, we do offer international shipping services. However, for sizable freight items destined for international locations, it's essential to engage the services of a freight forwarder who will facilitate the delivery to your ultimate destination. Take note that shipping costs exclude duties, taxes, and other fees that will be due during delivery. These fees will be on top of your initial order payment.

Who do I contact if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

If your order arrives damaged or is lost, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Do not initiate a claim directly with the carrier. Our team will guide you through the process of reporting the damage and provide instructions on how to document it. We kindly ask that you provide us with photos of the box both inside and out, the shipping label, and the damaged item. This visual documentation will assist us in expediting the resolution process. We rely on UPS and USPS to handle our ground orders. However, for freight orders, we collaborate with a diverse range of highly regarded and trusted shipping companies. Are the OEM parts and accessories for sale on your website in stock?

Our online parts catalog is dynamic and is not an exact reflection of the availability of our items. Our prices are subject to change and may become out-of-stock or discontinued. To ensure the availability of the exact part you need, contact us immediately.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is completed you will receive carrier tracking via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking activity to display from the carrier. If you have a pending order and would like information as to it's expected ship date please submit an inquiry on our contact us page and be sure to include your order number.

What is a VIN?

The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) lets us know everything about your vehicle. We can determine the engine type, color, and other important details about your car by its VIN.

Where can I find my VIN?

You can find the VIN of your ride on its insurance card or registration details. You can also find the VIN at the base of its windshield near the driver's side or near the driver's side door jam.

How do I know if I need a left or right side part?

Our products have accurate listings to make sure you get the right one. For our purposes, left-side parts refer to the driver's side of the vehicle, while right-side parts are for the passenger side of your vehicle.

How can I make sure the parts fit my vehicle?

To ensure 100% accuracy you will need to input the VIN of your vehicle at checkout. Our extensive online catalog allows you to look up products according to your Year, Make and Model however this does not take into account important aspects such as engine size, trim etc…

Do you offer refunds?

Yes of course! Customers who request refunds should submit a request on our contact us page. Once approved, we can refund the payment via the original payment method used by the customer within 3 days. Take note that these refunds might take time to reflect according to different payment platforms.

When will my order ship?

We process orders within 24 to 48 hours. In-stock orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Parts that are out of stock can take longer as we will need to order them from our national distribution centers. We do our best to note when parts are on backorder by displaying a note on the product page however we do not display any stocking levels of any parts on our site. Backordered parts can take weeks or longer to arrive depending on the severity.

We do not offer price matching services because our prices are already competitively low. What is the process for obtaining a core refund?

Customers are responsible for return shipping of a core if a core is required. Cores need to be sent back within their original packaging in order to be eligible for refund. Cores should be sent back to the address found on our contact us page. The package label should include “Core” and your order number. Example: (Core 123456)

Product Protection Plan – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the optional Product Protection Plan ("Plan") offered by Levittown Ford Parts ("we," "us," or "our") at levittownfordparts.com (the "Site"). By purchasing a Plan, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Plan Overview

The Product Protection Plan is an optional service contract that extends the original equipment manufacturer's ("OEM") warranty on eligible products purchased from the Site. The Plan is offered on a per-product basis and is only available where it is presented as a purchase option on the applicable product display page. If no Plan option is shown for a product, the Plan is not available for that item.

The Plan is not insurance. The Plan does not replace, modify, or supersede the OEM warranty. The Plan provides extended coverage that begins on the day immediately following the expiration of the OEM warranty.

The Plan is available for personal, non-commercial use only. The Plan is not available for, and excludes, any product installed on or used in a vehicle operated for commercial purposes, including but not limited to fleet operations, rideshare services, taxi or livery services, delivery services, towing services, or any other commercial application. Commercial use is further excluded under Section 5(c).

2. Coverage Tiers

The Plan is offered in three tiers, each providing additional coverage beyond the original OEM warranty period:

  • Bronze: 1 additional year of coverage beyond the OEM warranty
  • Silver: 2 additional years of coverage beyond the OEM warranty
  • Gold: 3 additional years of coverage beyond the OEM warranty

OEM warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer. The Plan term begins the day after the OEM warranty expires and runs for the additional term selected.

3. Plan Pricing

Plan pricing is calculated as a tiered percentage of the original product purchase price and is displayed on the applicable product display page at the time of purchase. Plan pricing is in addition to the cost of the product and is non-refundable except as set forth in Section 10.

4. What Is Covered

Subject to the exclusions in Section 5, the Plan covers the repair or replacement of the covered product in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or product failure that occurs during the Plan term. Coverage is limited to the cost of the replacement part or repaired part only.

We will, in our sole discretion, either:

  • Repair the defective product and return it to you, or
  • Replace the defective product with a new or comparable product of equal or greater value.

The decision to repair or replace is made by us based on availability, cost, and product condition.

5. What Is Not Covered

The Plan does not cover, and we will deny any claim arising from or related to:

  • (a) Improper installation, including installation not performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or by an unqualified installer;
  • (b) Modifications or alterations to the product, including any aftermarket changes, custom work, or use of the product in a manner not intended by the manufacturer;
  • (c) Racing, competition, off-road, or commercial use, including use of the product in any vehicle used for racing, towing beyond manufacturer specifications, fleet operations, rideshare services, taxi or livery services, delivery services, or any commercial application;
  • (d) Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, scratches, scuffs, fading, discoloration, oxidation, peeling, chipping, dents, and any damage that does not affect the function of the product;
  • (e) Water damage, including damage caused by submersion, flooding, pressure washing, condensation, humidity, or exposure to moisture beyond the product's design specifications;
  • (f) Acts of God and external events, including damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, lightning, hail, theft, vandalism, accident, collision, animal damage, or any other external cause not attributable to a manufacturing defect;
  • (g) Labor costs of any kind, including the cost of removing the defective product, installing the replacement product, diagnostic time, alignment, programming, calibration, or any related service work;
  • (h) Products that have been used as demonstrators, used products, salvage products, or products purchased from any party other than the Site;
  • (i) Damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's care, use, or maintenance instructions;
  • (j) Any product for which the original order confirmation, order number, or proof of Plan purchase cannot be produced;
  • (k) Any claim filed more than sixty (60) days after the date of the failure event, as set forth in Section 7;
  • (l) Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including loss of use, loss of vehicle availability, towing charges, rental vehicle costs, lodging, lost wages, lost profits, or any other expense not expressly covered under these Terms.

6. Shipping Credit

For each approved claim, we will provide a shipping credit of up to fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00) per claim to cover the round-trip shipping of the defective part to us and the replacement or repaired part back to you. The shipping credit operates as follows:

  • (a) We will originate and provide the prepaid shipping label on your behalf for both the inbound return shipment and the outbound replacement shipment;
  • (b) The combined cost of the inbound and outbound shipping labels is subject to a single fifty-dollar ($50.00) cap per claim;
  • (c) Any shipping cost in excess of fifty dollars ($50.00) per claim is the responsibility of the Customer and will either be invoiced separately or deducted from any refund or credit issued;
  • (d) The shipping credit applies to standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States only. Expedited shipping, international shipping, and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses is not covered and will be billed to the Customer at actual cost.

7. How to File a Claim

To initiate a claim, you must contact our customer service team using the contact information in Section 13. All claims are processed by our customer service team, who will verify the claim, confirm coverage, and arrange shipping logistics on your behalf.

Claim filing deadline: All claims must be filed within sixty (60) days of the date the product failure occurred. Claims filed after this 60-day window will be denied without exception.

Required documentation: To process your claim, you must provide all of the following at the time of filing:

  • (a) The original order confirmation for the covered product;
  • (b) The original order number;
  • (c) The vehicle identification number (VIN), the vehicle mileage at the time the product was installed, and the current vehicle mileage at the time of claim;
  • (d) Clear photographs of the damage or defect, showing the affected area of the product in sufficient detail for our team to evaluate the claim;
  • (e) A written description of the failure, including the date the failure occurred and the circumstances surrounding it;
  • (f) Any additional information or documentation reasonably requested by our customer service team to verify the claim.

Claim evaluation: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect and test it to verify the defect. If the defect is verified and the claim is covered under these Terms, we will repair or replace the product as set forth in Section 4. If the returned product is found not to be defective, or the failure is excluded under Section 5, the claim will be denied and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

8. Return Shipping Requirements

When returning a product for a claim, you must:

  • (a) Use the prepaid shipping label we provide;
  • (b) Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transit, including using the original packaging where possible;
  • (c) Include all required documentation listed in Section 7 inside the package.

We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit when shipped by methods other than the label we provide. Products that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may be denied coverage at our sole discretion.

9. Plan Limits

The maximum liability under the Plan for any single product is limited to the original purchase price paid for that product, exclusive of taxes, shipping, and the Plan price itself. Once the Plan has paid out the maximum benefit through one or more claims, the Plan is exhausted and no further claims will be honored.

10. Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel the Plan and receive a full refund of the Plan purchase price at any time prior to the shipment of the covered product from our facility. Once the covered product has shipped, the Plan purchase becomes final and is non-refundable.

To cancel a Plan, contact our customer service team using the information in Section 13 prior to shipment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under the Plan shall not exceed the original purchase price of the covered product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, loss of vehicle availability, towing or rental costs, or any damages arising out of installation, removal, or use of the product.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications apply only to Plans purchased on or after the effective date of the modification. The Terms in effect at the time of your Plan purchase govern your Plan for its full term.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Plan or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Entire Agreement; Severability

These Terms, together with the order confirmation and the product display page on which the Plan was purchased, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Plan and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By purchasing a Product Protection Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
